In ‘Destination Anywhere’ Melanie Oliveiro finds out more about the vinicultural travels of Victor Choy, Executive Director and sommelier of K Cellars, one of Hong Kong’s premier wine cellar brands that has officially opened its first international outpost in Singapore. Choy will recall his visits to the French wine regions of Bordeaux and Burgundy, and in California’s Napa Valley. He’ll also talk about his time spent exploring several of China's wine-producing regions like Ningxia and Yunnan.
