More than 7,600 in-house security officers will get pay rises of up to $160 a year over the next three years, under the Progressive Wage Model. By 2028, the entry-level wages for security officers will be around $2,795, senior officers around $2,995, and security supervisors $3,225. But even with the increased PWM wages, there’s still a long way to go to reach the median salary for full-time employed Singapore residents of $5,500.
