Daily Cuts - “Hangout rooms” with no CCTVs

There are now “hangout rooms” where you can watch movies or play games with your friends, and some of these rooms even have no CCTVs! It sounds great for those who want privacy — But this has drawn concern from parents, who worry that their children will use the rooms for less-than-ideal purposes.
