The APEC Summit will be taking place this November in San Francisco. But Hong Kong’s Chief Executive John Lee will not be allowed to enter the US or attend the summit because of the sanctions he faces. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning says the move by the US is "unlawful and unreasonable sanctions against Chinese personnel" and an "act of bullying," Andrew Leung, China Specialist, Andrew Leung International Consultants tells Arnold & Nadirah how he would expect China to react.
