The age of onset for drug abusers is getting younger — The Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) says that more than three in five of those arrested for cannabis abuse last year were aged under 30, and IMH says they could be as young as 15 years old. This World Drug Day, Asia First’s Arnold Gay and Andrea Heng speak with Dr. Elmie Nekmat, Council Member, NCADA, tell us how we can protect our youths from the influence of drugs.
