Republican and Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis is now in the race to be the next US President. It’s now mainly between Donald Trump vs Ron DeSantis - fighting for those Conservative votes. DeSantis might be the main rival of Trump but polls show DeSantis trailing the former President by a huge margin - nearly 40 percentage points. Prof Allan Lichtman from the Department of History at American University tells us if DeSantis stands a chance in the upcoming election.
