Some experts warn many of us may have lost our COVID immunity, especially if we stopped at just three vaccinations years ago. COVID-19 is endemic here now, and we expect to see ups and downs, but are the recent numbers anything to be concerned over? The estimated number of COVID-19 cases rose to 14,200 (Apr 27 to May 3), up from 11,100 cases in the previous week. Average daily COVID hospitalisations are also up.
