SINGAPORE — A 26-year-old man was charged today (July 28) with committing sexual offences on at least 10 young boys over about two years, including making them perform oral sex on him and vice versa in public toilets.

Goh Jun Guan faces 30 charges, with his alleged victims’ ages ranging from 10 to 15.

For instance, he is accused of asking a 10-year-old boy to perform oral sex on him in a Jurong West flat in December 2013. He allegedly made the boy perform the act on him.

Similar acts were purportedly carried out with other boys in public toilets in Pioneer Mall and Jurong West Public Library, the court heard.

Goh faces other charges, including sending a photograph of his genitals and a video of himself masturbating to his victims via WhatsApp between 2012 and last year. He purportedly asked the boys do the same in return. He is also said to be found in possession of three obscene videos.

For the offence of having oral sex with a minor under 14 years old, with or without consent, Goh could be jailed up to 20 years and fined or caned, if convicted.
