SINGAPORE — Four more people, all Singaporeans, have died from complications due to Covid-19, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said on Saturday (Oct 2).
Of the four, three were women and one was a man, the MOH said in its daily update on the coronavirus situation here.
They were aged between 55 and 80 and had not been vaccinated against Covid-19.
“All of them had various underlying medical conditions,” MOH said.
The ministry in its release did not indicate when they were infected or died.
In total, 107 people here have died from complications due to the disease.
On Saturday, the ministry confirmed 2,356 new cases of Covid-19 infection in Singapore, with 1,938 in the community, 412 in the migrant worker dormitories and six imported cases.
Singapore has logged a total of 101,786 coronavirus cases since the start of the pandemic last year.
