COE prices close mixed at end of Dec 22 bidding exercise

SINGAPORE — Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices closed mixed at the end of the latest bidding exercise on Wednesday (Dec 22).

Premiums for small cars (up to 1,600cc & 97kW) went up by 3.14 per cent to S$58,801.

For large cars (above 1,600cc or 97kW), premiums rose from S$80,401 in the previous bidding exercise to S$80,989.

In the goods vehicles and buses category, COE prices went down by 2.22 per cent to S$44,000.

In the motorcycle category, premiums increased to S$9,601, compared to S$9,401 in the previous bidding exercise.

And in the open category, which can be used for any type of vehicles, premiums slipped by 1.31 per cent to S$83,889.
