COE prices fall across all categories at end of Feb 17 bidding exercise

SINGAPORE — Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices fell across all categories at the end of the latest bidding exercise on Wednesday (Feb 17).

Premiums for small cars (up to 1,600cc & 97kW) went down by 2.38 per cent to S$41,001.

For large cars (above 1,600cc or 97kW), premiums decreased from S$46,790 in the previous bidding exercise to S$46,002.

The COE prices of goods vehicles and buses dropped by 9.14 per cent to S$40,890.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went down to S$7,500, compared with S$7,506 in the previous bidding exercise.

In the open category, which can be used for any types of vehicles, premiums fell by 4.56 per cent to S$47,506.
