SINGAPORE: Prime Minister Lawrence Wong delivered the 14th S Rajaratnam Lecture on Wednesday (Apr 16), where he shared his perspectives on geopolitical developments and outlined how Singapore is positioning itself to navigate the evolving global landscape.
