NTUC FairPrice and Sheng Siong in Pasir Ris visited six times in a week by Covid-19 cases while infectious

SINGAPORE — People infected by the coronavirus had visited two supermarkets in Pasir Ris a total of six times in the span of a week, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said on Friday (Feb 12).
The two supermarkets are NTUC FairPrice at Pasir Ris West Plaza and Sheng Siong at Elias Mall.
These were the only two locations added to a list of places that had been visited by Covid-19 cases during their infectious period.
In its evening update on the coronavirus situation in Singapore, MOH said that the infectious persons had visited Sheng Siong Supermarket at Elias Mall:

The infectious persons had also visited NTUC FairPrice at Pasir Ris West Plaza:
From 12.40pm to 1.40pm on Feb 3
From 9.40pm to 10.40pm on Feb 6
From 1.10pm to 2.10pm on Feb 10
Those who had been identified as close contacts of confirmed cases would already have been notified by MOH.
As a precautionary measure, persons who had been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit, the ministry said. They should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection, such as cough, sore throat and runny nose, as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor of their exposure history.
Individuals may access the SafeEntry Location Matching Self-Check service via the TraceTogether App, SingPass Mobile, or at https://wereyouthere.safeentry.gov.sg to check whether they were at these locations during the specified timings, based on their own SafeEntry records.
MOH added that there is no need to avoid places where confirmed cases of Covid-19 have been.
The National Environment Agency will engage the management of affected premises to provide guidance on cleaning and disinfection.
On Friday, MOH reported 18 new cases of Covid-19 in Singapore, two of which are in the community. The remaining 16 are imported cases.
