Pororo Park lands in Singapore

SINGAPORE — Pororo the Little Penguin will make his home in South-east Asia for the first time with the opening of Pororo Park Singapore tomorrow (Nov 11).

The theme park is the first in region to feature the popular animation character from South Korea, whose show has been broadcast over 130 countries. The first Pororo Park opened in Seoul five years ago, and there are now a total of seven in South Korea and three in China.

The park is located at Marina Square’s new retail wing (#02-29) with an 11,000-square foot indoor edutainment playground and houses a theme ride, playground attractions, educational classes, as well as live shows. CHANNEL NEWSASIA
