Singapore Democratic Party introduces 2 more candidates: Paul Tambyah, Jaslyn Go

SINGAPORE — The Singapore Democratic Party (SDP) today (Aug 26) introduced two more candidates: Ms Jaslyn Go and Dr Paul Tambyah.
Ms Go is a Sales Director in the company she and her husband set up in 2004. Dr Tambyah is Professor of Medicine and Senior Consultant Infectious Diseases Physician at the National University Hospital.
They were introduced by Party chairman Jeffrey George.
Yesterday, the SDP introduced its first two of 11 candidates: Ms Chong Wai Fung, 45, an administrator at Ren Ci Nursing Home, and Mr Khung Wai Yeen, 34, an accounts manager. Both of them joined the party as members in 2011, with Ms Chong now holding the post of treasurer.
The SDP has indicated that it would contest in Holland-Bukit Timah and Marsiling-Yew Tee, both four-member Group Representation Constituencies, as well as the Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang and Yuhua single-seat wards.
