SINGAPORE: The man who is accused of a suspected murder at Block 803 Yishun Ring Road was taken by police back to the scene on Tuesday (Aug 6).
Singaporean Affendi Yusoff, 49, is charged with the suspected murder of Fiqri Choo Iskandar, who was 35.
Affendi arrived at the scene at 10.15am in a black van. He was wearing a red shirt, black shorts, mask and slippers and was handcuffed and accompanied by four police officers.

He was taken to the 10th floor, which was cordoned off by police.
The lift lobby is where he is alleged to have murdered the victim.
Affendi took the police officers to a flat on the same floor, going back and forth between the kitchen and bedrooms. He was seen being questioned in the living room for several minutes.


WHAT HAPPENED
Police said they were called to the scene at about 8.35am on Jul 27.
A resident who lives opposite the block said he heard an argument and shouting between two men at around 8am.
The victim was found lying motionless and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Affendi was arrested there as well.
The charge sheet did not state how the men were related, but preliminary investigations show that the two men knew each other.
If convicted of murder, Affendi faces the death penalty.
Investigations are ongoing.
