Real Madrid's Perez proposes creating subsidiary of club, selling 5% stake

MADRID :Real Madrid President Florentino Perez proposed creating a subsidiary of the club's ownership structure in which a 5 per cent stake could be sold to an external investor, during the club's general assembly on Sunday.
Perez will seek to reform the club's bylaws to allow for such an adjustment in an extraordinary general meeting and a referendum in the near future, he added.
