They follow a fixed weekly schedule packed with activities such as gym conditioning and close-quarters conflict, ending their week with combat games at a quarry every Sunday.

“This concept of having a fixed time to get together as a family, to do a common activity that we can enjoy together is something super important”, says Mr Ahmad Abdullah, 23, Mr Munir’s second eldest son.

Mr Rohani always looks forward to playing with his children and hopes that his enthusiasm is shared by them. “Kids must play because one day, the playing ends. I want them to remember their youth.”
