Huge fires in Tehran after Israel attacks oil infrastructure
Huge fires burned across Iran’s capital on Sunday (Mar 8) after overnight Israeli strikes targeted oil storage tankers and a major petroleum transfer terminal.
Iranian officials say at least four people were killed in the attacks.
Witnesses in Tehran said the smoke was so thick that it looked as if the sun had not risen.
Israel says the depots were being used to supply fuel for Iran’s missile operations.
