Inside a kitchen as large as a football field, Wilmar’s workers start setting up for the day.
On school days, the kitchen sets up at 4am, and cooking begins at around 4.45am.
Once the dishes are cooked, they are transported to a packing room.
They are then laid on a conveyor belt and sent to delivery trucks.
