ASEAN is an organisation that brings together nations. Connections are forged at the country level but what about those at the individual, personal level? This series features five very different relationships that span across the various ASEAN countries. Each episode will profile a bond between individuals from two different ASEAN countries, exploring the dynamics between them and the factors that have drawn them to each other. From the unlikely to the heartwarming to the charming, each relationship will give viewers insight into the ties that can form between people from different backgrounds with different life stories, the discoveries they make about themselves and each other.
