American leadership vital in facilitating Gaza ceasefire deal: PM Wong

Prime Minister Lawrence Wong says that American leadership, and in particular US President Donald Trump, has been vital in facilitating the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire deal. He adds that America is the only country that can leverage and put pressure on Israel, Hamas, the Palestinian Authority and the Arab states to come together. But he says there is still work to be done to enjoy lasting peace - from Hamas disarming itself, to establishing a clear path for Palestinian statehood. Claudia Lim reports.
