Amy Khor on fatalities and injuries from falls onto LRT tracks
There were two fatalities and one case of injury from falls onto LRT tracks in the past 10 years. Senior Minister of State for Transport Amy Khor said this in reply to an MP’s question in Parliament on Wednesday (May 10). She also highlighted the safety features at LRT stations. She added that public transport operators are looking into technologies to provide early alerts of commuter intrusion onto the tracks.
