At least 14 babies have been killed in a blaze at a government hospital in Pakistan’s capital. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has ordered an investigation, vowing action against those responsible. The fire broke out on Aug 26 at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences in Islamabad. Rescue officials said an air-conditioning compressor exploded inside the nursery on the third floor.
