Philippines top court rejects bid to block arrest of senator wanted by ICC

The Philippine Supreme Court has rejected a bid by a former police chief for a temporary restraining order to prevent his arrest and transfer to the International Criminal Court. Senator Ronald dela Rosa is considered the chief enforcer of former President Roderigo Duterte's war on drugs and is wanted by the ICC for crimes against humanity. Mr dela Rosa's whereabouts remain unknown, after he fled the Senate following a tense security incident last week. Mariejo Ramos reports from Metro Manila.
