Clock ticking for traditional soy sauce factory as Hong Kong develops Northern Metropolis

Hong Kong is transforming a rural district into a modern metropolis, putting one of its last traditional soy sauce factories under threat. The Yuet Wo Sauce factory faces an uncertain future as it struggles to find a new site suitable for its time-honoured craft. For over 80 years, the family-run business has used traditional methods to make its sauces, including chili, hoisin and vinegar.
