A shooting in Australia's Bondi Beach has been declared a terrorist attack on the Jewish community. At least 12 people — including a gunman — have been killed and dozens others injured. More than 1,000 people were attending an event at the popular spot in Sydney to commemorate the start of the Jewish festival of Hanukkah. Another gunman is in custody and in serious condition, with the police investigating if there is a third offender.
