Leader of the Opposition Pritam Singh has apologised for comments he made on a TV show regarding his court case. The Workers' Party chief had responded to a question on how he felt about being called a liar, amid an appeal against a conviction for lying to a parliamentary committee. The appeal was eventually dismissed and Mr Singh was fined S$14,000.
