Behind The Scenes: Teachers At Work

This three-part documentary follows five teachers across different Singapore schools through Term 2, the June holidays, and Term 3. We see what teaching actually looks like — from experimenting with new methods and managing school events, to mentoring colleagues and taking on leadership challenges. Teachers push themselves to grow, whether that's through changing schools, trying new tech in lessons, or preparing students for major performances. They balance busy school calendars with family time during the holidays, draw support from peers and mentors, and find unexpected encouragement from their students. Beyond lesson planning and classroom management, this series shows the real work of teaching — the growth, the challenges, and the connections that make it all worthwhile.
