Budget 2022 debate: Rahayu Mahzam on families with special needs, youth mentoring
Continue to increase financial support for families who have children with special needs, and develop a framework for youth mentoring - these are two areas the Government should focus on, said Parliamentary Secretary for Communications and Information and Health Rahayu Mahzam.
