He cited ComLink+ as the closest model to what he was suggesting, but noted that it is programme-specific and population-limited. Dr Haresh called for a routine government infrastructure to be built, sitting in the Prime Minister’s Office, in the Strategy Group - the only body with convening authority across domains. He asked the Strategy Group to publish a single integrated well-being report for two cohorts as a start - Healthier SG enrollees aged 65 and above and middle-income families with children under six.
