China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi will meet his EU counterpart Kaja Kallas for a high-level strategic dialogue later today. He is in Brussels for his first stop in a European tour that includes Germany and France. Ahead of the meeting, Ms Kallas acknowledged that China is not Europe's adversary, but said security ties are strained.
