Chinese Language teachers in secondary schools to use AI for marking essays from September

Chinese Language teachers in Singapore secondary schools will be able to use AI for essay marking from September. The Education Ministry says this will free up more time to focus on higher-order tasks that require human judgement. It adds that teachers will still review and refine all AI-generated comments before they are shared with students. This to ensure feedback remains accurate and personalised.
