Chopper-wielding man to be charged after 7 injured in attack | Video
A 20-year-old man will be charged in court on Monday (Feb 5) with voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous weapon. He allegedly attacked seven people with a chopper, knife, and his bare hands on Saturday evening in the area around Queenstown MRT. Three victims suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital. Five people received Public Spiritedness Awards on Sunday for helping to subdue the man before police arrived. Eugene Chow reports.
