Commercial Diving Association calls on authorities to introduce licensing system to ensure safety

An association representing commercial diving companies has called on authorities to introduce a licensing system for the industry, which would help ensure companies adhere to safety regulations and best practices. This comes in the wake of two diver fatalities in work-related incidents last year, as well as 65 penalties handed out to industry players between September and December. Charlotte Lim has more.
