Libraries are the portals to knowledge and serve as a "great leveller" in society, said MP Eric Chua. Speaking in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2), he wanted to know how the Government is ensuring that Singapore's public libraries keep pace with technological advances, while playing their social and curatorial roles.
