Now, with the rise of electronic modes of communication and e-commerce, the postman's job and Singapore's postal service will have to change with the times to meet consumer needs, he said in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2). He wanted to know how the Government plans to transform Singapore's postal sector to meet changing consumer needs.
