Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 3: Yeo Wan Ling on making flexi-work and working from home the mainstay of workforce culture

03:31 Min
With the new norm of flexible work arrangements and working from home, the Government should do three things, said MP Yeo Wan Ling in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2). Encourage employers to make these arrangements a mainstay of workforce culture, support companies through financial and advisory means with job redesigning, and advise employers on human resources best practices that support the outcomes of the job redesign and flexible work arrangement exercises. She also sought an update on the Government's plans to protect foreign domestic workers.
