Committee of Supply 2022 debate, Day 1: Liang Eng Hwa on effectiveness of COVID-19 support measures
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to the largest public spending intervention by Singapore, with many measures put in place in a "compressed timeline", said MP Liang Eng Hwa. He also wanted to know if the Government would continue to assist businesses hit hard by the pandemic.
