Committee of Supply 2022 debate, Day 2: Desmond Choo on digitalisation and innovation

Digitalisation and innovation are essential for any company to survive and thrive in the new economy, said MP Desmond Choo in Parliament on Thursday (Mar 3). He asked the Ministry of Trade and Industry on its plans to help companies identify new opportunities in the digital economy. Mr Choo also asked how enterprises can be supported in reaping the benefits of R&D outcomes. He wanted to know how enterprises will be assisted to grow their innovation capabilities independently in the near future.
