Expand the Household Services Scheme beyond the provision of housekeeping services to include caregiving support. MP Yeo Wan Ling made this call in Parliament on Friday (Mar 4). She said there is "untapped potential" in the scheme to serve residents better. This will enable seniors to age in place at home and in their communities, give young mothers peace of mind when they are at work and support family caregivers with respite care alternatives, she said.
