In Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 9), MP Joan Pereira welcomed the nationwide expansion of Community Link (ComLink), a programme to provide holistic support to low-income families. She asked if all cases under ComLink will have dedicated case officers and whether application processes for assistance schemes can be streamlined. She also wanted to know if the Government will monitor families in the longer term to ensure they continue to cope and do well.
