Committee of Supply 2022 debate, Day 6: Pritam Singh on Careline for seniors
In Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 9), Leader of the Opposition Pritam Singh wanted to know how the senior support call centre service Careline is faring. He wanted to know how many Singaporeans have signed up for it and what proportion of seniors have had their needs met. He also asked if language has been a barrier and what steps have been taken to bridge the gap. Mr Singh also wanted to know if there are plans to expand Careline.
