Singapore’s arts and culture scene plays an essential role in bringing people together. The arts can offer a "safe space" for difficult issues to be discussed and for differences to be better understood, said NMP Janet Ang. Speaking in Parliament on Thursday (Mar 10), she asked how the Government will continue to develop vibrant, inclusive and resilient arts and culture spaces to provide opportunities for diverse communities, especially those who are "under-served and vulnerable".
