02:36 Min

Almost everything in daily life can be done through a mobile phone these days, but for some people who find it hard to navigate a small screen, the world has become smaller, said Senior Parliamentary Secretary Baey Yam Keng in Parliament on Tuesday (Feb 28). He asked the Communications and Information Minister to elaborate on how Singaporeans are being prepared for a digital-first but not digital-only approach.
