What has been the progress of the Digital for Life movement so far, what is next and how will more be done to ensure that no one is left behind? Senior Parliamentary Secretary Rahayu Mahzam asked these questions in Parliament on Tuesday (Feb 28). She noted that different modalities have to be used for different demographics and empowerment strategies must be tiered to fit various levels of capability. She said there is also value in thoughtfully designing digital changes in a way that does not overwhelm those who are not digitally savvy.
