Committee of Supply 2023 debate, Day 4: Nadia Ahmad Samdin on community-based sustainability efforts

Singapore needs more ground-up sustainability initiatives led by, and in the community, said MP Nadia Ahmad Samdin. Speaking in Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 1), she wanted to know how the Government tracks community-led projects supported by the SG Eco Fund to help meet Singapore’s climate targets and SG Green Plan 2030 goal. She also wanted to know what support and resources are provided to such groups to plan and implement sustainability initiatives.
