Committee of Supply 2023 debate, Day 6: Ng Ling Ling on service and support integration for PWDs

Lifelong learning opportunities and social inclusion activities must be made available to persons with disabilities (PWDs), said MP Ng Ling Ling. Speaking in Parliament on Friday (Mar 3), she stressed that such learning and social inclusion should be provided in an integrated way. She asked for an update on the progress of the Enabling Masterplan for the Disabled 2030, especially in the provision of integrated learning, social inclusion and support services for PWDs and their caregivers.
