Committee of Supply 2023 debate, Day 6: Seah Kian Peng on early intervention for children with developmental needs
Families who have children with developmental needs require greater support to identify those needs early, and assess the necessary information and tools, said MP Seah Kian Peng in Parliament on Friday (Mar 3). He asked the Ministry of Social and Family Development for updates on developmental support and early intervention programmes for young children with such needs, as well as on the implementation of recommendations by the Inclusive Preschool Workgroup.
