Committee of Supply 2023 debate, Day 7: Xie Yao Quan on Outward Bound Singapore
Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) teaches youngsters resilience and courage to step out of their comfort zones, while bringing students from different schools together, said MP Xie Yao Quan in Parliament on Monday (Mar 6). He asked the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth to share its plans for OBS programming as well as for the new OBS campus on Coney Island. Mr Xie also asked for an update on the progress of the Racial and Religious Harmony Circles.
